The Chinese Korfball Promotion Committee held a course for coaches and referees from April 23rd to 25th 2009 in Baotou, Inner Mongolia.

Mrs.Xie Fangyi and Mr. Ben Crum (NED) were invited to conduct the courses which were enthusiastically attended by 35 teachers who came from 12 Chinese provinces and cities. Also present were 25 high school and university students who participated in the course activities to further develop their knowledge of the game of korfball.

The course was divided into two parts, consisting of both theoretical and practical activities. The Chinese teachers worked very hard, communicating extensively with the instructors and gaining a great deal of knowledge to further develop the level of korfball in China.
