There were several other interested Korfball players who are citizens of the United States who are currently living abroad or otherwise unable to attend the event. Those present represented three teams: West Virginia, Hope College and the Reunion team comprised of players from 5 states, most of whom have had significant international experience in Korfball in the 1980's and 90's.

The format for the event was a double round robin of games in the morning and afternoon. The scores of the games in order of their happening were:
Hope - W. Va. 22-5
Hope - Reunion 17- 8
West Va - Reunion 12-12
Hope - W. Va 17-10
Hope - Reunion 13-9
Reunion -W Va. 18-13
