IKF officials who need any help with the setting up the new email services are encouraged to ask for the support using this form.

Q: How to log in?
You can sign in to your account at https://mail.google.com/hosted/ikf.org/ . The first time you login you have to accept gmail's "Terms and Conditions of Use", but it is really simple.


Q: The "remember me on this computer" option does not work. I have to enter my user name and password every time I go to the IKF Gmail.
This is for the security reasons. Please login using your name.secondname and the given password. Then you can change the password to the one you can remember better (remember it should not be easy to break).
Path: Settings (righ top corner) - Accounts - Change password.

Since the URL of the Google hosted webmail is rather extensive, there is a direct link available in the right panel (section Hotlinks - IKF internal links) on the IKF website.

Gmail POP Access - configuring your email client (note that this is designed for gmail.com domain, you need to use ikf.org domain). Do not try to use the auto-configuration tool, you need to configure your email client manually.

Gmail Notifier for Firefox and Mozilla (GMail Notifier produced by Google does not work with the hosted domain services). Firefox/Mozilla browser extension is able to manage this.
