The 25th IKF Europa Cup Final Round will take place between 20 January and 23 January 2010. The event will be played in the BLOSO SportCenter in Herentals (BEL).
Eight (8) national champions will be present and compete during four (4) days. Which team will succeed Koog Zaandijk (NED) the winner in 2009?

At the International Korfball Association’s Congress held in Deinze (BEL) on Saturday 14 November 2009 the IKF Council announced the pools for the opening round of the IKF European Championship, scheduled to take place in the Netherlands from 22 – 31 October 2010.
Pool A: The Netherlands (NED), Germany (GER), Hungary (HUN) and Serbia (SRB) matches to be played in Leeuwarden.
Pool B: Belgium (BEL), Catalonia (CAT), Poland (POL) and Scotland (SCO) matches to be played in Tilburg.
Pool C: Czech Republic (CZE), Portugal (POR), Wales (WAL) and Turkey (TUR) matches to be played in Almelo.
Pool D: Russia (RUS), England (ENG), Slovakia (SVK) and Ireland (IRL) matches to be played in Den Haag.
The match schedule will be published later. |

The IKF Council will decide during the upcoming weekend on the host for the 2012 IKF U23 World Championship. Barcelona and Moscow have both submitted their files.

The second qualification event for the IKF European Championship 2010 in October 2010 in The Netherlands will take place Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 November 2009 in Luxembourg (Luxembourg). Six (6) countries will compete in the European Bowl West for three (3) IKF EC 2010 tickets. The participants are: host country Luxembourg, France, Ireland, Scotland, Sweden and Wales.
The event can be followed; live on Internet. If you go under 'Hotlinks' to 'European Bowl West' you can follow the match in play and of course the results so far. You will be connected with the jury table IKF software scoring system.
